Kristen Mohr is an associate attorney at ChaudhryLaw, focusing her practice on a wide range of federal and state criminal matters. As a former Division I and professional equestrian, Ms. Mohr brings a valuable perspective and understanding to what is needed to successfully represent her clients in even the most high-profile cases.


Ms. Mohr has extensive experience as a fierce advocate, representing individuals accused in both criminal and civil matters. Prior to joining ChaudhryLaw, Ms. Mohr represented students and professors accused of sexual misconduct in university Title IX investigations, obtaining favorable outcomes for her clients at some of the most prominent colleges and universities across the country. Ms. Mohr also represented individuals in a variety of discrimination, defamation, employment, and business disputes. Ms. Mohr’s work in civil litigation has received attention from major news outlets such as ESPN, Bleacher Report, Sports Illustrated, The Chicago Tribune, 247 Sports, and AP News.


Throughout law school, Ms. Mohr defended clients in criminal cases in the state of Wisconsin. Ms. Mohr interned as a member of the criminal defense team for a high-profile athlete, successfully obtaining a verdict of not guilty on all counts. Ms. Mohr also interned at the Federal Defenders Services of Wisconsin, defending indigent clients against numerous charges ranging from narcotics violations to racketeering charges.


Ms. Mohr received her undergraduate degree in mathematics from Rutgers University, and received her law degree from the University of Wisconsin. Ms. Mohr is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the State of Wisconsin, the Southern District of New York and the Western District of Wisconsin.
