Ella Healy

Legal Assistant

Ella is a legal assistant at ChaudhryLaw PLLC. A recent graduate of the University of Hartford, she earned a dual bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and sociology. Ella graduated magna cum laude with university honors as a member of the Honors College and holds a paralegal certificate from Boston University.

At the University of Hartford, Ella held multiple leadership positions as a member of Sigma Delta Tau Sorority. She was actively involved in fundraising efforts for Prevent Child Abuse America, the nation’s oldest and largest organization committed to preventing child abuse; Jewish Women International, the leading Jewish organization championing women and girls by fighting gender-based violence; and the SDT Foundation, which supports members nationwide with annual scholarship opportunities. Her dedication to service extended beyond campus through a social work internship at a sober living program where she supported residents and management and assisted in maintaining the community food pantry. Ella’s interest in criminal justice was piqued during her internship with the Hartford Juvenile Detention Center, where she gained firsthand experience in the state juvenile justice and rehabilitation process. Before joining ChaudhryLaw PLLC, Ella was a member of the client relations team at a full-service CPA and financial advisory firm.

Ella is excited to bring her passion for criminal justice to her role at the firm. She plans to attend law school in the future to further her commitment to client advocacy.
