Shaelyn Gambino Morrison is an associate attorney at ChaudhryLaw.   Ms. Gambino Morrison represents clients in a wide range of white-collar criminal defense and civil matters.


Ms. Gambino Morrison has extensive experience with complex civil litigation and international arbitration. Before joining ChaudhryLaw, she represented a variety of international business entities and executives in partnership disputes, business torts, securities litigation, cross-border disputes, and estate disputes, among other matters.

 

Ms. Gambino Morrison has interned with the Strategic Litigation Unit of the New York Innocence Project and was a Litman Fellow with the Harvard Defenders. Ms. Gambino Morrison greatly values pro bono practice and has worked as a pro bono attorney representing unaccompanied children in asylum and other immigration proceedings. Ms. Gambino Morrison has been published in the Utrecht Journal of International and European Law, and by the American Bankruptcy Institute.

 

Ms. Gambino Morrison received her undergraduate degree from Northeastern University, summa cum laude, and her law degree from Boston University School of Law, where she completed the International Human Rights Law Clinic and was an editor of the Public Interest Law Journal. Ms. Gambino Morrison is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Ms. Gambino Morrison is fluent in Spanish and conversational in French.
